QN-Stinson-4P-M-BK by Quintiesse, black and nickel finished pendant/semi-flush four light fitting.
The ceiling plate has a chain attached that supports the main frame, this has open panels that reveal the four bulb holders inside, these have crystal decoration.
The height can be adjusted to suit your room by simply shortening the cable and chain prior to installation.
Requires 4 x LED SES E14 candle bulbs that are not included.
