Information Regarding Our Rapid Delivery Services
General Delivery Information
Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can specify special delivery instructions via the delivery address form when you place your order. You will receive an email from us when we dispatch your order and in most cases our couriers will email you with your tracking details.
Somebody will need to sign for your delivery unless you specify special delivery instructions in advance.
We deliver to Mainland UK, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and now Southern Ireland. Please be aware that we do not distribute Franklite products outside of the UK.
We now also distribute to many locations throughout Europe, please contact the customer services department for further details.
Deliveries to the UK Mainland
Free for all orders over £75.00
Orders under £75.00: £5.99 delivery charge
Saturday delivery: £25.00 delivery charge
Deliveries outside UK Mainland
Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man: £22.00
Isle of Wight: £20.00
Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland: £20.00 per box in each consignment
Channel Islands: £27.00
To return an item you must fill in an online return request form. To access the online returns form you must be signed in and click the link named ‘Returns’.
Once we have been notified of your return request you will be responsible for returning the goods to the supplier at your own cost and you must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit.
All returns must be made within 14 days of authorisation from The Lighting Superstore.
Once you have notified the supplier of the return, the supplier will refund you within 30 days.
Damages and Exchanges
If you receive a product that has been damaged on delivery you must report this to us within 48 hours. You can report a damage via the online returns system.
Once we have been notified you will initially be responsible for returning the goods, once your returned item is inspected, and providing the product has been returned as required, you may be issued with a refund for the carriage cost incurred.
