Samson IP44 bathroom four light spot bar finished in antique brass.
Split bar spotlight which comes with a round ceiling plate, with two separate arms which have four fully adjustable spotlights in total, when illuminated this will provide a gentle spread of light which can be adjusted to your requirements.
Requires 4 x GU10 LED lamps (not included).
This is class 2 two double insulated so no earth is required.

A1: No, there are no built in switches on the Samson LED range, other than the wall light, which has a pull switch

A2: the supplier have told me that the width of the ceiling plate (where it actually fits to the ceiling) is 110mm

A3: Yes you can use dimmable LED bulbs with this light but they are not supplied, these have to be purchased separately, these are related to the product.
