Q1: Can this fitting be wall mounted or would the arms fall downwards? I am finding it hard to locate a wall-mounted led lights bar.
A1: Unfortunately this can not be wall mounted, because as you've correctly pointed out, the arms will fall downwards

Q2: Can the led lights be replaced
A2: The LED modules are non-replaceable in this light.

Rollo LED four arm cylinder split bar ceiling light, finished in white.

Stylish ceiling light which comes with a small round ceiling rose this attaches the two part split bar and holds four cylinder shaped spot heads in place, these are fully directional and will provide you with different light directions.
