Q1: Does the cable from both the led's run inside the tubes ?
A1: Yes the cable runs through the tube for both the LEDs, the only cable showing would be the one with the main plug attached.
Q2: Can you replace the led bulbs
A2: This runs with non-replaceable LED modules and not bulbs

Alassio dedicated LED mother and child floor lamp.
This satin chrome finished lamp has a large main uplight with a smaller adjustable reading lamp, these both run with a built-in LED.
The main light uses a built-in 18-watt LED module that has a light output of 1150 lumen, and the reading lamp runs with a 6-watt LED module that provides around 480 lumen of light output, with a 3000k colour temperature.
Each light is operated with its own on/off built-in toggle switch located on the stand.
The lenses on the lamp are made from clear and frosted plastic.
