This LED ceiling fitting is comprised of a square ceiling backplate with 4 fixed cylindrical downward-facing lights below them, these lights have a white polycarbonate diffuser with a 5w LED behind each one, these LEDs are 4000k cool white and give a total output of 1700 lumens.
This is a class two double insulated fitting so no earth is required.
