Spot IP44 anthracite finish outdoor LED spotlight.

This outdoor wall-mounted fitting has a circular backplate that supports a cylindrical light head, the whole front of the backplate can be turned to swivel the light 180 °, and the head itself can also be tilted 90 ° to point straight down, straight forward, or anywhere in between.
