Q1: Would this be suitable as a bedside reading light?
what size is the bulb and is it easy to fit?
A1: This runs with a built in LED board that creates around 10watts of light output. It should be okay for a bedside reading lamp
Q2: How long is the arm? Is it 240w? Can it be wired in and used with separate on/off switch?

A2: The arm measures 12" and it can be wired straight to the mains. An electrician should be able to connect a separate on/off switch to the product if required.
Q3: Does it need a driver ?
A3: The driver is already built into the light so this would just connect directly to the mains
Q4: What is the proper height and distance from the bed at which a reading light with flexible arm should be attached to the wall?
A4: There isn't really as it's all down to personal preference as something someone could see with a certain amount light may not be able to be seen by another person. There isn't one distance that it should be put at.
Q5: What are the measurements of the rectangular wall plate, Please?
A5: The wall plate measures: Height 95mm x Width 55mm

Tadley polished chrome adjustable LED wall-mounted reading light.
The LED head is attached to a long flexible arm that allows you to direct the light to where it is needed, the adjustable arm projects outwards from a rectangular shaped wall bracket, both of which have a polished chrome finish, a black on/off rocker switch can be found near the bottom of the wall plate.
