Silentina steel made black coloured ceiling light.
This fitting has a square mount that is made from steel and finished in black, hanging from the mount is a directional bulb holder that can be moved to the desired position, this is surrounded by a black square frame.
The bulb holder will require 1 x LED E27 ES bulb which is not included.
