A1: You can but it's not the easiest to do, you have to unscrew the bottom and then unhook each crystal.

A decorative light with a round ceiling mounting plate and a matching small rod with a lamp holder attached, the main shade consists of a circular chrome frame and has multiple clear glass faceted crystals attached to the frame.
This is IP44 rated so therefore is suitable for bathroom zone 2 and suitable for bathroom zone 1 if used in conjunction with a 30MA RCD.
