This fitting has a long rectangular ceiling plate that has a short bar on either side that angles down to hold the LED light vertically underneath.
A white inner diffuser conceals the LED inside.
Runs with 1 x 27 watt 3000k warm white built-in LED, with a total light output of 4000 lumens.
