A1: Yes this can be height adjusted by removing chain links and shortening the cable, an electrician should be able to do this easy enough.

Simply designed exterior ceiling light, manufactured from cast aluminium with a cylinder-shaped frame with clear enclosed inner glass and charcoal outer finish.
The fitting suspends from the ceiling by a linked chain, cable and circular ceiling plate, this is easily height adjustable at the time of installation only.
Requires 1 x LED ES E27 (Edison screw) bulb, which is not included with the product.
