Q1: Hi how much could it be shortened by, How many links are there and how many would be left to get the height to about 530 please
A1: Having checked the manufacturer you could probably shorten it to about 300mm maximum. In regards to how many links they are unsure.
Q2: Would this light work in a stairwell?
A2: Providing you have enough clearance then yes, this would work perfectly fine in a stairwell

This fitting is complimented with a large opal glass shade, there are three decorative arms and each one is attached to a chain that is then connected to the main chain, the height can be shortened by simply removing the links if required.
This fitting requires a 1 x E27 ES LED lamp that is not included.
