A1: These lights fix to wall with screws that go through holes in the back of the light.
Q2: Can i use a lower 42 watt bulb - instead of the 60 w mentioned?

This Bombay half-style wall washer has a natural white finish and is unglazed so is suitable for painting, and requires 1 x LED ES E27 (Edison Screw) lamp bulb (not included with this product).
A class 2 double insulated fitting so no earth is required.
This light will provide a spread of light facing up the wall.
This light is suitable for use in most rooms.
