A1: The maximum length of the stalk is 450mm. I have added a data sheet to the product description which gives a detailed diagram.
Q2: Does this light have an integrated led, Or can you replace the bulb?

Runs with 1 x 3.5 watt 3000k warm white built-in LED module that has a total light output of 127 lumens.
This class two double insulated light is ideal as a bedside wall-mounted reading light as the light head can be adjusted to the angle required.
