This ceiling pendant is made with a black circular ceiling plate, this has two thin adjustable arms, with each attaching to a black steel shade.
Requires 2 x LED ES E27 bulbs, which are not included with the fitting.
The light heads and the arms can both be adjusted for different light angles.
