This fitting has an industrial pipe design with a pewter finish, hanging from the round ceiling rose is a long horizontal pipe-style bracket with a bulb at each end, and four more bulbs jut out in opposite directions at varying lengths.
This product requires 6 x LED E27 ES bulbs that are not included.
