Q1: I assume from the picture that one arm is fixed parallel with the base plate and one arm can rotate 90 through degrees, Is that correct?
A1: Yes it is, I had added some more photos of the fitting which show it in different positions

Q2: I note it says not to use a secondary dimmer switch, But can it be connected to a normal light switch? Sorry for the silly question!
A2: Yes this can be connected to an ordinary on/off light switch.

Stainless steel finished Lola Simon LED twin ceiling light.

This product has a rectangular ceiling mounting plate with 2 LED strips attached, the LED strips are a combined total of 16watt with a lumen output of 1600.

Built in RGB Modus which allows you to change the colour temperature from 2700k to 5000k, it also allows you to dim the light or even change the colour altogether, options available are red, green and blue.

Supplied with a remote control.

This is part of the Lola Simon Range.
