This picture light comes with a small rectangular wall bracket, with a double curved arm attached, the arm is adjustable as it has a joint at its base and light head which allows you to move it up and down, as well as adjust the angle of the light head.
Run with an 8 watt built in LED which emits 370 lumens of light with a 3000K warm white colour temperature.
