Corbie square LED semi-flush ceiling light, made from black shale.
This fitting is comprised of a square piece of black shale (a natural fine-grained sedimentary rock) with a black finish backplate behind it, there are 2 square white diffusers on the front of the shale that contain 3000k warm white LEDs, these LEDs use 31w in total and give a combined output of 3600 lumens.
The fitting has a built-in dimming function with 3 stages (100%, 50% and 25%) which are changed with a normal wall switch, each off/on of the switch changes to the next light level.
