Both the up-lighter on this product and the reading light are dimmable, although the reading light does have an independent on/off switch located on top of the light head, for independent lighting needs.
The top light runs with 1 x 20 watt integrated LED, which emits 1950 lumen of light, and the reading light runs with 1 x 2.5 watt integrated LED, which emits 240 lumen of light.
Both light heads produce a 3000K warm white colour temperature light.
