Q1: Hi
what length wire comes with this set?

A1: The kit comes with 10 metres, but this has to be cut in half to run both sides of the lights, so you get a length of 5 metres for the kit

Q2: Can some of the lights be positioned to throw light upwards? Can extra lights be added to the wires?  I am looking for a solution to light a sunroom/studio of 5mx3m with a vaulted ceiling, But i did not put any wiring in the ceiling void. I have junction boxes on one 5m wall, So stretching wires across as in this fitting is ideal. Any advice appreciated.
A2: Unfortunately you can't add additional lights and the supplier said the lights cannot be positioned upwards either

Q3: Does this come with the transformer and if so what size is it please
A3: This kit does come with a transformer, the measurements are width 87mm x depth 58mm x height 51mm

Q4: Can you point all the lights upwards to uplight an arched ceiling?
A4: According to the supplier the spots can be adjusted to face upwards

Q5: Plan to install in my house which is off-grid, Has 12v lighting system so would like to buy system without the transformer, And with warm white lights, Not the cool white. Can you supply separately ?
A5: No, unfortunately not it comes as a complete and in 4000K only.

Q6: The space i have is 2500mm. Would i be able to cut the wire to the lengths i require? (not needing the full 5000mm)
A6: There should be no problem in cutting the wire to length

Q7: Where is the cable connection terminals for this? I assume at one end of the horizontal support wires? Thanks
A7: Yes, the transformer will be at one end of the wires.
