COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates
May 15th 2020
It's been almost a month since our last update and very little has changed. We have continued to implement further measures to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and vendors. We have continued to maintain an almost flawless service, this is without doubt a direct result of the fantastic work and effort put in by each and every one of our team.
However, despite the best efforts of our team, we have recently experienced a few minor delays with one or two of our vendors, in most cases this is no more than a few extra days and it's only a small number of orders that have been affected. Of course, in the rare instance that there is a delay with a customer order, our team will do all that they can to keep the impact of any delay to an absolute minimum and we will always keep those customers informed at each and every step of the way.
Finally, We would like to thank you all for your patience and we hope you are all keeping safe and well.

Our showroom remains closed and we can make no exceptions to this. However, it has become apparent to us that a number of our local customers rely on the service we provide and are looking to us for help.
Without question, lighting is an important part of the safety and security of a home and is also an important factor in the well being of its occupants. So we have formulated a solution that will enable our local customers to place orders online and collect from our warehouse in person. Of course, we have implemented very strict measures to ensure that the health and safety of our team and our customers is not compromised in any way, details of which will be given to all click and collect customers in advance of their collection.
March 31st 2020
As of today (March 31st 2020) we have made the decision to reduce our office hours slightly, until further notice we will close at 16:30.
March 25th 2020
Our showroom continues to remain closed to the public but we have taken extra safety measures to ensure we can still service our customers needs via the online side of our business.
We will continue to monitor this situation daily and will continue to provide as full a service as possible. However, the health and safety of our customers and our team is by far our biggest priority, so we may have to make changes, at short notice, to the service we are able to provide.

Our showroom continues to remain closed to the public but we have taken extra safety measures to ensure we can still service our customers needs via the online side of our business. Our offices are staffed, as is our warehouse and currently our deliveries remain mostly unaffected.
March 23rd 2020
As of today, March 23rd 2020, we have made the decision to close our lighting showroom until further notice.
Showroom customers who have outstanding orders awaiting collection are advised to call ahead before coming to make their collection.
Our offices and warehouse remain open and our deliveries are currently unaffected.

Currently our deliveries both inbound and outbound are unaffected by the ongoing situation regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus.

The health and safety of our customers is without question, our number one priority.
We have taken a number of steps internally to protect our staff and customers, including the provision of hand sanitisers, extra cleaning measures and procedural changes.
As of today, March 19 2020, we have made the decision to close our lighting showroom on Saturdays until further notice.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and reviewing our approach on a daily basis and we will continue to provide updates here and our via social media channels.
