A1: This fitting can work with a PIR.
Q2: Please can you check if this has a glass or open base to allow light out of the bottom of the fitting, Or if it's enclosed at the base by metal?

It has been fully rusting protected before being hand-painted in old black, it has a circular backplate where the main body is fitted and also has glass panel inserts in the bottom and the top.
Requires 1 x LED E27/ES LED bulb that does not come supplied with this product.
