Low voltage halogen 5w clear glass G4 bulb.
This low voltage halogen bulb consumes 5 watts and gives out around 50 lumens of light output, the bulb runs on 12volts with a clear glass body and has two pins at the base that easily push into any standard G4 type lamp-holder.
The bulb can be dimmed if used in conjunction with a dimmable transformer and the correct type of dimmer switch.
These bulbs have an estimated average lifespan of 2000 hours, although this can be drastically shortened if the glass of the bulb is touched with your bare hands so we always advise using gloves or a cloth when changing bulbs, these bulbs also get very hot when in use.
