A1: The width of the mounting surface is 120mm and the height of the mounting surface is 140mm
Q2: Is this bracket suitable for all outdoor wall lights?
A2: This bracket is fairly universal with multiply holes and slots, and is made from mild steel which makes it very easy to drill to make additional holes, so you should be able to adapt in to fit your lights. However, the manufacturer does say that its not suitable for bulkhead-style lights

Black outdoor exterior corner bracket.
This corner bracket has a black finish and is designed to fit most outdoor wall lights, although minor modification may be required in some instances, the bracket is made from mild steel allowing mounting holes to be drilled and modifications to be done easily.
The bracket has two angled arms that fit onto the corner where two exterior walls meet, and give a flat surface across the corner to screw the light to, the width of the faceplate of this bracket is 120mm.
Whilst this bracket is fairly universal, it is not suitable for bulkhead-style lights, and specific fitment to other wall lights can not be guaranteed.
