Q1: 1. What type of led bulb does this swayze light take & is a bulb supplied ? How much is a replacement bulb?
2.what is the rim above the brass lip that hold the screws? Does this have to be installed up into the ceiling as the profile with the screws + the cut-out shapes looks like it's intended to be hidden?

A1: 1.The Swayze LED comes with an integral LED, which is none replaceable.
2.The rim above the lip that hold the screws is part of the ceiling bracket which fits on to the ceiling, this also houses the transformer, that runs the LED. Please see the PDF fitting instruction linked to the product description.
