Q1: Can the pull switch be removed and this used with a wall switch?
A1: Yes, you can put the switch in the on position and remove the chain. Removal of then entire switch might compromise the light's ability to prevent water ingress though, which could be an issue when used in a bathroom.
Q2: Could this be fitted upside down?
A2: No, the light is designed to dissipate the heat through the top of the glass, also the clips that retain the glass may not be adequate to hold it upside down and finally the pull cord would foul the light.
Q3: Size info is not clear. Can you confirm the size of the glass shade? It's diameter and height.
A3: The shade height is 95mm and the width is also 95mm according to the supplier

This class 2 double insulated bathroom light has a round wall bracket, there is a thin arm that comes out of this and joins to an upright that has the white glass ball shade on the top, there is a pull cord on/off switch located on the wall bracket for easy operation.
The fitting requires 1 x G9 LED lamp which is not included.
