Q1: How do we remove the cover to change the bulb?
A1: There are 2 screws, one at the top and one at the bottom of the outer casing. Once removed you can slide the housing off to install the lamps. I have added the fitting instructions PDF to the product description.

Doran IP44 rated double garden wall light.
This IP44 fitting has a curved contemporary design, this is constructed from cast aluminium with a brushed finish.
The Doran has two light heads at the top and bottom, these wash a beam of light up and down the wall when illuminated.
Requires 2 x LED GU10 bulbs that are not included with this product.
