Q1: How does this pendant fit to the ceiling - and is it compatible with a victorian ceiling rose

A1: This comes with a ceiling bracket which gets mounted to the ceiling the light also comes with a ceiling rose which get mounted on to the ceiling bracket this allows the fitting to then become secure to the ceiling. This light shouldn't be compatible with a Victorian ceiling providing there is sufficient space to mount the ceiling bracket.
