Subject to terms and conditions we guarantee to beat any price advertised on any retail lighting web site in the UK.

Price Beater Terms and Conditions

1. The competitor has to be an established Lighting Retailer, with warehousing and the ability to service customers in-person, no drop-ship only companies. Their web site has to be an e-commerce web site built to what is, in our opinion a professional standard. We do not offer price beaters against products sold via or advertised on Ebay Auctions or Amazon marketplace.
2. The competitor's web site has to be securely hosted using the latest security protocols and ciphers to ensure customer details are safe and communication with the site can not be intercepted.
3. The domain name should be registered to an established UK company.
4. The competitor's advertised price has to verified by Lighting Superstore.co.uk staff.
5. The competitor's price has to be clearly advertised on their web site, we will not normally attempt to beat any promotion price or any price offered to you as a special one off deal.
6. We will only attempt to beat the prices from a list of our known competitors, we will however consider competitors not in our known list. We will reserve the right to refuse an attempt to beat the price of any competitor not in our known list.
7. The competitor has to be able to supply the product within the same timescale as us.
8. We will only attempt to beat the price of like for like products produced by the same manufacturer.
9. In most cases price beaters will not be offered on end of line, one off special offers, clearance stock or seconds.
10. Price Beaters are not normally available on light bulbs.
11. Price Beaters are not approved where (in our opinion) a mistake has been made in the pricing on the competitor's web site.
12. If your price beater is approved you will be notified via email and the price will remain valid for 7 days from the date of that email.
