Stage 1 of 4 - Sign In

Click on the sign in link at the top right of any page on The Lighting Superstore web site.

You will then be taken to our secure sign in pages.

Stage 2 of 4 - Sign In Details

Enter your registered email address and password.

If you have fogotten your password then you can request a password reminder by clicking on the help link on the sign in page.

Stage 3 of 4 - Order Listing

Once you are signed in click on the orders link at the top right of the signed in page.

Stage 4 of 4 - Order Deatils

Once you've singed in and have clicked on the orders link you will be presented with a list of your orders (Including your completed ones).

You can also view order details, send a cancelation request and print invoices from this section.
