Q1: Is the top of this lantern waterproof enough for it to hang completely outside
A1: Yes it is.

Q2: How easy is it to adjust the cord on this light? The default length is too long for what we need. 
A2: Shortening the drop is very simple. You'll need to remove links until you obtain the perfect length, then pull the cable through the ceiling plate and trim back the excess cable.

Q3: How do you change bulb on lanterna 4 pendant ? Is the diffuser retained on the fitting or does it come off completely to change bulb and how do i put it back securely after changing bulb ?
A3: There are two nuts on the top part of the light, these undo (normally by hand) to release the lower section, including the glass. Refitting is reversal of removal.

Q4: Please may i have the dimensions of the lantern excluding the chain. Thank you
A4: The height of just the lantern is around 280mm. This is not including the large ring at the top. With the ring included, its approximately 320mm.

Q5: Is this lantern metal and glass, No plastic.
A5: The product is made from aluminium with a glass lens only

Q6: Can this be linked up to a pir sensor?
A6: Yes this can be connected to a separate PIR sensor
